Hey girl, hey! We want you to love your new goodies, and want them to fit perfect! Returns are easy! Just click here ---> www.envystylz.com/a/returns enter your email and order number, request a return, and we will send you a return label! Once we get your return back, we will issue a store credit via email so you can order the correct size, item, etc!
Most items are eligible for returns, however, the following items are FINAL SALE: All items ordered using a discount code OVER 10% off. All sale items, last chance items, Styled -x- Envy boxes, jewelry, hats, bralettes, grab bags.
Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
Since we offer free shipping, we ask that customers be responsible for return shipping (no worries, this will be deducted straight from your store credit to make the transaction seamless)
While we don't mind changing a size, or an address before an order ships, please double check your order! If an order is already shipped and you need a change, we ask that your follow through the normal return process!
If your order is returned to us due to a bad address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re ship it to a correct address. If you are alerted that your package has been returned to sender, please email email@example.com so we can send you a shipping invoice.
If an order needs cancelled, we require a 20% restocking fee!
Discount codes CANNOT be added once an order has been placed.
