Hey girl, hey! 💕 We want you to love your new goodies and feel amazing in them — but if something’s not quite right, we make returns easy!

You have 30 days from the delivery date to send items back for a full refund or store credit — your choice! 🙌

Just make sure the item(s) are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, damage, odors (like smoke or perfume), pet hair, or deodorant marks

If an item looks worn or doesn’t meet these return conditions, it unfortunately won’t qualify. Even if it was just worn once, we cannot accept it.

Be sure to include your original invoice or a paper with your order number. — it’s attached to your shipping label.

Need us to send you a return label? No problem! Just email customerservice@envystylz.com and we’ll send one your way. (The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.) Or you’re welcome to ship it back using your own label!

 

 

 

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

 

  • Once we receive your return and confirm the condition, we’ll issue your refund or store credit via email.
  • If your original order received free shipping, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.
  • If you want a refund instead of store credit, just let us know when you email!

 

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN):

We wish we could take everything back, but some items are always final sale. These include:

  • Items marked SALE
  • Black Friday Sale items
  • Anything purchased using a discount code over 10% off
  • Shoes
  • Accessories, jewelry, hats
  • Cups, kitchen items, bralettes, grab bags, masks, coolers, home fragrance, and consumables
  • Styled x Envy bags

📦 Wrong address?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you’ll be responsible for the cost to reship it. If you’re notified that your order was returned to sender, please email customerservice@envystylz.com so we can send a new shipping invoice.

Returned packages left unclaimed for 30+ days will be donated to our local shelter.

🔁 Need to cancel an order?

We get it — sometimes plans change! But please note that canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee due to processing fees we’re charged and not reimbursed for.

🏷️ Need to change a size or address before shipping?

No problem — just message us! But once the order has shipped, you’ll need to go through the normal return process.
