Shipping and Order Policy:

The following items are FINAL SALE! All sale items, last chance items, Styled -x- Envy boxes, jewelry, hats, bralettes, grab bags, and an order using a discount code of 15% or more. 

-If you are returning an item it must be free of odor, and be unworn! If your item included tags, the tags must be attached to be eligible to return! 

-Please send shoes back in original condition (unworn) and in the original box. Shoe boxes cannot be damaged, this means you cannot use the original shoe box as the main shipping container. Please place original shoes box inside of a poly mailer or another box. If shoes aren't return in their original box they will be sent back to you at your cost. If the shoe box isn't returned inside a poly mailer or box, you will be charged a mandatory restocking fee. 

-If you are returning an item, our return address is ATTN:RETURNS 415 W McDonald Mineola TX 75773

-Buyer must pay return shipping. Please use the return portal at the bottom of the page to get your label.  

-We don’t offer any refunds, or exchanges. However, we do offer returns for store credit! If you want to exchange and item, you must send it back to us within 30 days of delivery date. EXCLUDING HOLIDAY ITEMS! In that case, you have 14 days to return!  Once we receive the item to be returned we will then issue you a code for store credit!

-Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled! You can certainly switch for a different item if it hasn’t been shipped, or receive store credit! 

-It is not our responsibility to track every item. If an item appears to be delayed, we highly recommend contacting your local post office to see if it has already been delivered. 

-We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
