Shipping and Order Policy

Order Confirmation

* An email and SMS (if SMS is chosen at checkout) notification will be sent with your order confirmation when your order is placed. You will also receive shipping status updates sent via email and SMS (if SMS was chosen at checkout).
* Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. Shipments occur only on business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times.



All of our products are housed and shipped from our warehouse in Mineola, TX, USA.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 and $7.99 flat rate shipping for orders $59.99 and under. Prior purchases and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.
* Orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped.
* Once shipped, orders typically arrive in three to ten business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States
* We are not responsible for delays with USPS shipping or lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
* To file a claim with the carrier, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777

* We make it easy for you to protect your orders.

*Orders are non refundable, shipping protection covers 1 reshipment of the original order. 

* When chosen at checkout, $.98 covers the cost of all lost, stolen, or damaged items that have been covered. 

*If the customer entered the wrong address at the time of order, shipping protection does not cover this.



* Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. Tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order.
* If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. USPS at 1-800-275-8777
* All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the order address you provided, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We are not responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.


Wrong Address

* It is your responsibility to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer entered the wrong address at checkout. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please e-mail us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
